The Blue Hummingbird Suite
The Blue Hummingbird Suite boasts approximately 420 sq ft of living space for those who are ready for the simple ‘studio’ lifestyle. This suite offers a combined living bedroom area, full bathroom and kitchenette. Residents control their own heating and cooling, and all the rooms have a large double closet. The kitchenettes come with a microwave and mini fridge.

The Parakeet Suite
The Parakeet Suites are medium sized apartments, featuring approximately 520 sq ft of living space. These suites, like the Hummingbirds, have a studio design that with full private bathrooms and kitchenettes, along with individual PTAC units so residents can control their own heating and keep it as warm or cool as they would like. Half of our Parakeet Suites have spacious private walk out patios.

Floor Plan
The Blue Jay Suite
The Blue Jay Suite is our largest suite, with approximately 720 sq ft of living space. These apartments feature a separate bedroom, and an additional coat closet just inside the front door. Like the other apartments, they feature a spacious handicap accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower and a kitchenette that comes with a minifridge and microwave. Residents can control their own heating and have separate controls for both the living room and the bedroom. Some of these suites feature a private walk out patio.

Grandmas Farmhouse
Like our Blue Hummingbird Suites, our Grandma Farmhouse suites feature simplified rooms for residents best suited for our memory wing. Grandmas is a secured unit, geared with resident safety in mind. Each room boasts a simplified ‘studio’ with padded vinyl floors, a large spacious handicap accessible bathroom, single closet, kitchenette, and large window. Like our other suites, residents can control their own temperature.
