Resident Aide
Bluebird Retirement is looking for dedicated Resident Aides to contribute to our facility’s resident care. We have all shifts available.
Aides provide the hands-on assistance to each individual in our facility according to their needs. Task may include bathing, transferring, dressing, serving meals, transporting, etc.
Memory Care Unit Manager
How would you like to lead an fantastic group of employees who do an awesome job of taking care of residents every single day. We have 20 room dementia units, where we help take care of some of the most special people in the world. We look for our unit leaders to constantly push for improvement in daily processes, and look for new ways to enhance the level of care we provide for residents. Our Unit Managers will also assist and backup our Director of Nursing with projects and programs developed for our overall nursing program to make it the best it can be.

Bluebird is looking for creative, open minded and compassionate Dietary Aides. Our goal is to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents. We are looking to hiring full-time as well as part-time.
Housekeeping
Bluebird is currently looking for dedicated and thorough housekeepers to help keep our Community & Resident Rooms stay clean and safe. Having a clean and clutter-free environment is of big importance at Bluebird. Housekeeping staff is responsible for daily tasks including: sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning off surfaces in bathroom/kitchen areas, deep-cleaning and carpet cleaning. If you enjoy staying active and interacting with seniors you will love working with our residents and team at Bluebird.

Transportation
Bluebird is looking for a friendly, outgoing safe drivers to take residents to and from medical appointments and to help as needed in the building. Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, are flexible, have a positive attitude and a spotless driving record. Every day is a different adventure, and you have an opportunity to make someone else’s day fantastic.
Maintenance
Are you good at taking care of things, fixing them when they are broken or need a little TLC, and making sure things look great? Our maintenance staff helps make sure Bluebird looks and functions great both inside and out. In addition, you get to help our residents when they need things done in their rooms.
