We want to let you know how very grateful our family is for the exceptional care that Bluebird is providing our Dad. Thank you for caring and expressing your concerns when you saw him beginning to struggle day to day. You were so right when you said that he would not have lived long in the previous facility where he was placed. Bluebird has given our Dad the best quality of life possible. The staff is always so kind and professional. His room is consistently clean and tidy when we visit. The photo taken this week on the outing to Ann & Tony’s is priceless. Dad looks so healthy and happy which is all due to you and the outstanding work of the great staff at Bluebird.

Bluebird has done wonders for the matriarch of our family! I can’t express enough how grateful we are for their care and compassion. Mom can be difficult when she is depressed or frustrated with her body’s limitations as she ages. They are both understanding and encouraging with her. Since she arrived almost 2 years ago, her level of engagement with the other residents and activities has increased tremendously! In her previous facility before coming to Bluebird, she was very depressed and hardly ever left her room. Now, she is going on almost daily outings, she has friends she socializes with and she is honestly happy.
Bluebird is also very encouraging to our extended family to visit and participate in meals, activities and celebrations, etc. They have gone out of the way to set up large gathering areas for our family when we have people in from out of town, birthdays, etc. It’s wonderful to have our extended family come and spend time with Dottie while we still have her in our lives.
We are truly grateful for Bluebird’s wonderful staff and facility!

Bluebird has become so special to me. I recently went out to the hospital, and when I was be released, all I could think about was how excited to go “home” to Bluebird. I stopped myself for a minute – because I hadn’t thought about things that way before. Bluebird really has become home. They have become my family and friends, and take such good care of me! I would not want to be anyplace else.

The staff is so good here, they take care of you and help you so much! We all come here because we need to, and it’s great now, because I want to be here! Everyone is kind and loving—my family can be here with me too and that is so important to me! The food is great, and Donna and Gina are always giving me things to help out in the dining room. I also love to get to know, and welcome new people. We have so much fun and do great activities. Jessie has us going out to places all the time. We play bingo every day, have slot machines, they even take us to the casino and zoo, there is always something to do!
